Castaway Island is not a horror room, but it does include two jump scares.
Can beginners play Castaway Island?
Yes. Castaway Island is a good choice for first-time players, families, and groups looking for a moderate challenge built around teamwork and observation.
Can children play Castaway Island?
Castaway Island is recommended for players ages 8 and older when accompanied by an adult. Guests should review the current age and supervision requirements before booking.
Do we need to remove our shoes?
Castaway Island includes a sand environment. Shoes and socks are not allowed inside the room. Barefeet, sandals, or crocks are allowed. Please email or call us if you have any questions.
Is Castaway Island wheelchair accessible?
Castaway Island is not wheelchair accessible because of the sand environment and room layout. Contact Clueless Escape Rooms before booking if anyone in your group has accessibility concerns.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Reservations are generally nonrefundable. If an emergency prevents attendance, contact Clueless Escape Rooms as soon as possible. Emergency rescheduling requests may be considered case by case, but approval and availability are not guaranteed.
