How long is a voucher valid?

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the purchase date.

How do I redeem my gift voucher?

Visit our Redeem a Voucher page, enter the voucher code from your email or printed certificate, then choose your available room, date and time. Enter the code in the gift-voucher form—not the promotional-code field.

Can the recipient choose the room?

The voucher may be applied toward an available escape-room booking. If the selected booking costs more than the voucher value, the recipient can pay the difference.

How many people can play?

Clueless Escape Rooms normally requires a minimum of four tickets per booking. Individual voucher values can still be combined with another payment when completing the reservation.

What happens to unused value?

Unused value from a generic voucher remains available for a future booking.

Is a voucher code the same as a promotional code?

No. Gift vouchers must be redeemed through the voucher process, not entered as promotional codes.
