This SMS Messaging Policy explains how Clueless Escape Rooms uses text messaging and describes your choices when you opt in to receive messages from us.

Purpose of Texting

Clueless Escape Rooms may use text messaging to communicate information related to your customer relationship with us. Messages may include:

Reservation confirmations.
Reservation reminders.
Booking updates, changes, or time-sensitive notices.
Customer support and responses to your questions.
Coordination for team-building events or group reservations.
Information related to a gift card purchase when applicable.

Opt-In

You may opt in by providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages wherever an SMS consent option is presented. By opting in, you authorize Clueless Escape Rooms to send messages to the number provided, including messages sent using an automated system when permitted by law. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your reservations, requests, and interactions with Clueless Escape Rooms. We do not guarantee a specific number of messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and service plan. Clueless Escape Rooms does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but carrier charges may apply.

Opt-Out — Reply STOP

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message from Clueless Escape Rooms. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

Privacy and Information Sharing

We use SMS information to provide the messages described in this policy, maintain consent and opt-out records, support customers, prevent misuse, and comply with law. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We do not sell or rent SMS opt-in data.
